GREETINGS
My name is Christopher Croce (@CCr0ws) and I'm and illustrator and graphic designer based out of New England.
I've been drawing my entire life -and as a kid, I always wanted to be an illustrator. But at the age of 21, fate swooped in and signed my up to be a graphic designer! From there I dove headfirst into the world of design; learning different roles within the field. After quite a few years, I've gotta say - it's been a wild ride!
At the beginning of my career, I interned and worked as a QA and advertising designer at a major marketing firm; serving as the final eyes on all types of design collateral, ensuring designs were cohesive and engaging before officially launching or shipping off to clients. From there, I started freelancing while I switched things up a bit and went on to work for a couple print shops before doubling back around to work with even more marketing firms followed by eventually getting more serious about doing business for myself. Along the way, I've ran entire print departments; overseeing everything from the design of stickers and flyers to large scale vinyl wraps for vehicles (not some mention some unreasonably large backlit signs!) And because it's what all the cool kids do these days... I've also designed and managed branding and social media collateral for a marketing firm and their countless clients. And for some reason, I thought it would be neat getting a job where I batch created and edited over an average of 350 signs a week for grocery stores... the list goes on. But the bottom line is, I just simply love to create.
Nowadays, it's a treat to put my experience to use while making my own mark; providing unique visual collateral for businesses, artists, musicians and whatever else comes my way. And in the end, I guess I got to be an illustrator after all.
